Plini released first single from brand new album

Australian guitarist Plini released the first single from his brand new album "Impulse Voices" last week!
The song, called "I'll Tell You Someday", was picked as the first single intentionally because "[Plini] wanted to provide the listener with a big, warm, instrumental hug, in a time when [he] feel everyone could use one". The guitarist continues: "I think it gives a friendly first impression of the album, in terms of sound and energy, though may also provide a false sense of security for some of the stranger territory the rest of the album ventures into…"
The album is once again co-produced by Simon Grove and features some top-notch musicians, with Chris Allison on drums and Grove on bass. Dave Mackay (who also toured with Plini last year) played the piano and synthesizer parts on the album, while John Waugh (whom we also heard on 2018's "Sunhead") contributed the saxophone parts.
Even though the single leans more into the progressive aspect of Plini's music, we hope to see more jazz fusion influences (especially after "Sunhead") on the album :)
"Impulse Voices" will be released on November 29. But you can pre-order it now!
